Your practitioner will place hands lightly on your body (while fully clothed) in areas that resonate with ones awareness of self, adversities and innate abilities to increase awareness, manage emotions & overcome stressful experiences.
Often times clients fall asleep & report experiencing position sensations & emotions. This treatment takes your brain waves from active to alpha, as if you were meditating, or even into a theta brain wave state, where very deep healing often occurs just below the surface of your conscious awareness.
